      Pros

      Seegert Construction can be a barrel of laughs and they somehow have kept their MSA with PG&E, despite some shady dealings, so there is plenty of work available.

      Cons

      Steve Seegert (the owner) loves to put his employees against one another. New people are often told how great they are and how much more diligent than past employees. Fast forward a few months and suddenly you will be "slacking off" according to the owner. At first I believed this to be true, but I saw the pattern again and again. Build people up and then tear them back down. There is a revolving door of employees with hiring and firing happening nonstop.

      Pros

      Easy going people. Fun environment. The owner, Steven Seegert, actually cares about his people. I myself experienced it when going through some personal hardship when I first stated the job a few years ago. He helped me back up on my feet. Communication is a key at this place. If management doesn't know, they couldn't help. They also paid for my certificate in construction management program at UC Davis. That promoted me from assistant project manager to a true project manager. This place is full of space to grow if you could show your potential and consistency in your performance.

      Cons

      A lot of driving, but the company would issue a vehicle as needed after passing probation. It can be lots of work if you slack off and not do your job. It can be stressful when there is a short deadline project.

      Not a da*m thing FR!

      Cons

      Literally everything! Gas lighting, fake, childish, turns employees against one another, Treats employees terrible and then throws money at them after talking terrible about them and will turn around and fire you. Just to name a few. Lol
