Pros
Everyone there - up to the CEO - is very friendly and positive. Overall a great place to work. If you can find your niche, you can stay employed there a long time.
Cons
Typical issues of a large company - bureaucracy, lots of middle managers who alternate between writing long emails or schedule meetings that could have been an email... If you want to move fast... you might find yourself frustrated as others are fixated on following "process" and getting senior approvals. Underneath the friendliness is low-key politics. Being someone who Gets Things Done is not always as advantageous as having the right friends. Currently going through an identity crisis after retirement of Al West (long time CEO). New executive leadership is working to align corporate practices / management with "standards" of publicly-traded US companies... A bit at odds with long-standing corporate culture.
