      The only pro is the salary increase I became changing to this job.

      Cons

      The company hired me offering me projects in different companies. Since my first day in the company until the last one the company did not assigned me to any project. I've got fired with out any advise on December 30th.

      The company is a global Platinum Partner of SAP

      Cons

      Company is mis-managed in North America. It is embarrassing for this great Global Company to be represented in the North American market so poorly.
