Pros
I like the work I do and I have the things I need to do my job. We never struggle to make ends meet, which makes my job better. My coworkers are the best people! Many believe in the mission at 775 and they make it happen.
Cons
I've heard a boss yell that someone was 'retarded' when they weren't working quickly during convention. Last year a coworker forced themselves on me in the elevator. I didn't tell anyone because they just tried to kiss me, I didn't think it was a big thing. Later I realized it sucked seeing that person everywhere - and found out there were 4 others like me! I remember one person came forward but they were dismissed by HR. Since I couldn't talk to HR, there was no one else to help me. I'm only writing this review because I'm quitting soon, before I worried about being fired. Every time the staff union tries to stand up against the bad things happening someone 'goes missing' and we find out later they were fired. This isn't a comfortable place to work.
