Awful - Residential Support Worker SENAD Group Employee Review

Management is absolutely awful. They hire unqualified staff and have no induction process, you are left on your own with no idea what to do. The registered manager and some of the senior staff members are extremely rude and unhelpful and most of the time will borderline bully you. You get promised you won’t get put on an early shift after a late shift but you definitely will do. Dont even bother applying here it will just ruin your mental health
