Low morale Toxic company culture with little employee engagement- I knew nothing about my coworkers Multiples people in leadership would be praised for their less than friendly demeanor - again, culture not the best If you want a job you get paid well but will not have much time for pleasantries or be asked about how you’re day is going from your managers, this is the role for you. If you like a friendly work environment that promotes getting to know you and making meaningful relationships, this is not the place for you. It’s very work work work I didn’t feel like they cared about me as a person.

Pros

Great business outlook, people are generally nice and great to work with.

Cons

Inexperienced founders that don't know what they're asking for, and who keep changing priorities. The CRO/President of GTM is toxic and it is recommended to stay away. He is the de facto CEO of the company.
