Pros

Majority of clientele is there. Much scope of good work and profit is there. There is a brand value due to it's many years of service and an expectation to perform well. Good atmosphere to learn.

Cons

Laughable salary and increments with respect to the amount of work done. 2 month notice period which is usually mandatory. Unnecessary decision of resuming work from office has forced employees to risk their lives in the middle of this COVID-19 pandemic. In the name of precaution, employees have to go through stupid policies such as leaving food outside for 1 hour and working from home even if one is diagnosed COVID positive. No feedback is asked before making these terrible guidelines. They are basically forcing the hand of everyone to concur with any of their decision or be terminated. No room to listen to employees is there. HR treats employees without empathy, refuses to listen to genuine concerns and frequently gives threats to cut salary for nonsensical reasons and policies. No one is there in the management to check the HR's behavior. Overtime is rampant without any semblance of recognition. Amount of people leaving or being forcibly terminated is at an all time high and people with incredible talents and skills have to leave this company due to unnecessary management ego and policies.

Pros

The work culture felt extremely toxic, especially due to poor leadership and unprofessional behaviour from management. It often seemed that if the boss was in a bad mood, the entire team had to deal with the consequences. The overall environment lacked professionalism and created unnecessary stress for employees. Honestly, it would feel better to vacuum-clean a desert twice than work in such an environment. I would strongly recommend that candidates carefully evaluate the company culture before considering joining.

Cons

Nothing I can think of
