Pros

The coworkers are awesome and the atmosphere is relaxing. There are couches and you can sit wherever you want. No formal attire, you can wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.

Cons

Very stressful. Low pay. No benefits. Long work hours. HORRIBLE WORK LIFE BALANCE. Clients are constantly being promised tasks by sellers that we Account Managers simply can not do. Such as promises of short time turn arounds. The fault goes to the Account Manager if he/she is not able to "manipulate" their clients into staying calm regarding false promises. This company is simply focused on making money for the owners, there is no care for the clients or the well being of their employees. This company is not some place I would recommend anyone to work in. Maybe a place for a temporary stay.

Pros

I really enjoyed my time as an Account Manager with CreativeHaus. The people here are some of the best people you will ever meet/work with. The office has a laid back atmosphere, but you can tell that the employees take pride in their work. Co-Workers are supportive and upper management is always willing to help out. If you are interested in the start-up culture, this is a great place to hone your skills and make some longterm friends a long the way.

Cons

It is a growing company, so the workload comes in spurts and could get heavy at times. However, as long as you are transparent with upper management, they will work with you to make sure everything gets done on time.
