Pros
It’s a pretty fun workshop, with interesting people flowing in and out and interesting projects. There’s generally a warm vibe among most of the workers and it’s overall a bit of a sitcom. The projects really are varied, unique, and fun to work on.
Cons
There are a**holes very much afoot. You’ll frequently work a 70+ hour week and be devalued if you don’t do it. All overhire are exceedingly expendable. Concern for safety is middling at best. When their contracts ebb away they give you a 1 day notice that you’re out of a job.
