      Excellent place to learn all aspects of the service industry. Multiple opportunities to contribute to improve business processes. Will work with leading ERP software.

      Cons

      Need to be independent and self motivated. The management structure is not collaborative or supportive of the success of others in the group. Poor compensation package.
