You will be flooded with ad-hoc projects. Seniors treat you like machines. They just continue to pour extra work and expect to work at least 13-14 hours a day. And hike despite this is low single digit. I wish I could leave this company, but dont have other job in hand. The company here also does not provide opportunities which can be useful in my career. They just give you work other than what you are hired for.
