Management attitude is horrible - Anonymous employee SGA Employee Review

Not sure exactly the issue raised here, but I will say most of our clients are local government agencies. And local government agencies do have a somewhat onerous approval process and restrictions since the campaigns are funded via public funds. This does require more oversight in the course of developing campaigns that are approved for public display (which could feel like micro-management). The positive side is that we are funded to do very meaningful work (environmental issues, climate change, public health, affordable housing, etc.) At the same time, we do have restrictions we need to follow. I hope that sheds light on the balance we try to maintain. I can certainly understand how this area of work would not be suitable for some individuals and we try our best to explain that balance during our interview and onboarding process.
