Pros
The employees at SGC are hard working people who like to put their heart into their work. It was rare to find any of them just going through the motions. The benefit package was amazing and extremely employee centric. The 401(k) match certainly encouraged long term employment aspirations.
Cons
Cultural integration with their corporate headquarters was not a proactive approach. Lots of internal struggles and frustrations. The environment was not dynamic but stable and that is appealing to certain personalities.
