      Professional company good structure with lots of incentives Good salary and good working conditions with ohs and and work Saftey

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a lot of pressure to get jobs completed and overtime is not approved unless clients are will to pay . Winter can be cold working outdoors

      Easy drive, roads are okay.

      Cons

      Against Protected Veterans. Didn't give a reason during COVID. Left me high and dry. Not willing to change with modern lean methods.
