- Some really incompetent people being hired or promoted and made to sit on your head
(Incompetency in terms of less qualified/educated and relevant work experience)
- Never fulfill their commitments that they will done at the time of hiring
- Never think for asking leave, not even in your dreams. But yes, top management can enjoy leaves whenever they want; the good part is 2-3 weeks in a single stretch
- No work life balance, fixed time to enter in organization but when you leave is totally your manager's concern (have to stay without any reason or work)
- A very different level of compensation and excuses to circumvent the appraisal discussion if you ask straightforwardly
- Never treat existing employees as an asset; you will always be taken for granted
