      Very good company with company over 8 yrs . fantastic company with excellent growth for the hard workers . No doubt about it . 5 days a week . cared for their employees during the COVID

      Absolutely nothing. Promises at the time of interview discussions are not kept.

      Cons

      Exceptionally long working hours with no overtime. No work life balance. Employee is expected to work even on holidays and weekends Employees are not treated well The working infrastructure is the worst No inclination towards Employee well being and growth No promotions Made to work even you are unwell or if one has taken leave for birthday
