Pros

Colleagues are nice in general . Not much office politics, huge diversity

Cons

- Top management have different strategic directions and hard to follow through. Common to change their alignment every week. -No bonus /increment. - Expect to be micromanaged by C-suite. - Management do not handle feedbacks/suggestions well, they tend to retaliate with personal views. Felt like workers are just workers, management are always right. - High turnover for a small company - No career growth opportunity

Pros

The company has no clue what different roles require. So even if u have 1 year experience and there’s no one in the key role, u probably can be the key role anyways

Cons

- CEO pays himself big cheque and squeeze others in salary, especially his poor long time employees. - CEO does not give bonus at all. Not even 13 month. - management no clue what they are doing. Probably trying to swindle money from investors by painting nice picture but not spend any of it on employees, workplace or product - micromanagement by people with no fintech background - sly management and treats employees poorly - no work life balance or trust - actually the ceo and his “buddies” as c suites are all quite dumb - financially, business wise, management wise etc. Sometimes I question my own IQ when I need to stoop down to talk to them. They are like ahbengs selling handphones but feel like they are a notch above the rest. - actually not a fintech company. Everything is manual.

Pros

- Team members in all departments were friendly, helpful, and great to work with (not sure how is it now).

Cons

x Management needs to review the infrastructure of products, the state of stability has caused inconvenience to users/customers on multiple occasions. x No work-life balance. x Micro-managing is a serious issue. x Unrealistic goals set by management that are impossible to meet. x Management needs to take ownership. x Management lacks initiative in updating employees on outstanding payments to be received.
