Caring staff, great clothes, excellent commission plan. The management at SHE was always fun and full of energy.

I didn't experience any negatives. The commission structure was excellent. I guess the driving could get old but that's all I could think of

It is very har to stand a very hot weather like anywhere in Texas. It is very difficult but doable at the same time for a better future
