Company is very unorganized when it comes to making decisions and is always changing there mind. I work at our 17th ave store and am always having to take messages for owners as they seem to have companies and bill collectors calling which comes across unprofessional. The owners refuse to do dirrect deposit and pay on the 15th and the 1st of every month which effects our ability to pay rent on time. Work hours seem to be given on a favoritsm basis & hours for upper mgt seem to be extended as our old DM and SM were working 9 hours plus a day while my hours vary from 34-40 a week- why we couldnt all just work 40 hrs I am not sure because I need 40 hrs a week to live. male owner can come across rude when dealing with staff issues and can sometimes be unprofessional while female owner is extremely passionate about the business but sometimes can come across intimidating.
