SHE Media is a mission driven organization committed to delivering value to all its stakeholders -- advertisers, readers and viewers. independent publishers, influencers, speakers, employees -- and empowers employees at all levels to make it happen. You will work hard but your contribution will be recognized and valued. Colleagues are smart, committed to the mission and collaborative. Note that I left as part of a reorg in 2017 and recently rejoined the company. Sort of says it all, doesn't it.
Cons
SHE Media has a very entrepreneurial, start-up culture, but is also part of a much larger company with established corporate procedures. Navigating this can be challenging at times.
