      Smaller company - which might actually be a pro. Out-of-product issues occur.

      Pros

      -The Co-Founders are amazing. Brilliant and competent to run the company. -Nice office, parking provided. -Great company culture. -Company is constantly innovating and growing. -Can learn a lot from bosses and management.

      Cons

      -No set program/compensation for interns. -The company is growing quickly, might be too quickly for the managers to handle. -No clear content/feedback system. -Often lack of rewards/praise for a job well done.
