- KPI keeps changing, and you need to be in "over expectation" in order to have an increase of 3% (per annum) - Training initiatives become a burden to dev team, while it should be an HR thing. - Some projects are not well thought off. Features are coming from devs instead of project manager. - Lack of project managers. CTO became only the source of "high-perspective" projects

Colleagues were supportive and genuinely tried to make the best of the situation.

- Management tends to create a top-down environment where questioning decisions is not tolerated. - You’re expected to say “yes” to everything. - KPI targets are unrealistic and demoralizing. No matter how hard you work, they are nearly impossible to hit, which creates a constant feeling of failure.
