Pros

Shift comes from a long line of out outstanding engineers and executives that care dearly about the clients they support. I've been with the company for a long time and can say with certainty that the Leadership Team is outstanding, listens to their employees, and is making wise business decisions when it comes to vision, and pivoting when necessary.

Cons

Staffing a company is always a challenge and with the hit of Covid, long standing colleagues have moved on, having achieved their goals, seeking new challenges, and simply a change. Right now Shift is hiring for multiple positions in marketing, sales, and engineering. Now is the right time to join the team.

Pros

Everyone at shift really cares about the work they do and genuinely enjoy getting it done each day. We treat each other with respect and really feels like we are a big family and we are all in it together. The benefits are great! (100% paid health, dental, vision, and more), bonuses, 401k. The leadership team genuinely cares about the employees and I have never seen any company react to employees concerns so quickly the way they have done during my two and half years here.

Cons

I really don't have any cons, I have worked at a lot of different places and they all had their pros and cons but no company has done a well as Shift is doing across the board. Is it perfect? no but nothing is, but when mistakes are made they own up to it and fix it.
