Poor management and Poor HR policies have forced good employees to quit. One should not join with a long term objective.
Extremely Dynamic industry and a lot of on foot decision making experience. But otherwise nothing much. Could have been an interesting work place if not for transition of corporate governance to Indians from Koreans.

Mismanaged employee count. Hires and Fires in Bulk. Extremely poor recognition of expertise and hence frustrated employees leading to a seemingly incapable team making unnecessary hasty decisions.
