      Empresa preocupada com seus funcionários, ótimo plano de saúde, refeitório no local, confraternização de final de ano com presente para os filhos dos funcionários e premiações por boas ideias colocadas em prática.

      Falta de estímulo para capacitação profissional, alguns gestores antigos com pensamentos engessados.
