      Takes a long time to get promoted with more pay. 2-3 years at a minimum.

      Pros

      Outstanding leadership, supportive and employee-centered work environment. Performance driven culture so if you want to work hard, learn/grow professionally, and be surrounded by those who do then it's a great place for you!

      Cons

      Smaller so if you're looking for a work environment where you have hundreds or thousands of other employees, this is not a fit. This is clearly a pro or a con depending on what you're looking for.
