My manager. He's been the best manager I've ever had. Pay is good considering the work load, working environment, and level of difficulty in projects. Environment is great, the people are always helpful and ready to put in the work to get a job done. Great culture, my manager cares about his employees.

We could improve with more detailed documentation and processes. The effort is there, so we'll get there eventually.
