Pros
SICK is consistently growing and is scaling to keep pace with that growth. Benefits seem to be continually improving, and pay increases and incentives have kept pace with the crazy inflation that we've seen through the past two years.
Cons
As a remote employee it can be difficult to feel connected with individuals that work at the office. Not exclusively a SICK problem, but it is something that could be addressed.
