Pros

There honestly isn't much to say. Some people may stay there for awhile so that could be a good thing. They are profitable at least.

Cons

- The longer you stay there the less relevant your skills will become. The tech stack is proprietary and really poorly designed. Your skills will not be as transferable, and you may even feel trapped like I did. - Incompetent management with little understanding of tech and best practices - Bad pay and benefits. They will seriously pay you significantly under market - They literally lied about the job in the job description - Poor work-life balance, especially when supporting deployments - Out dated tech with a bad ecosystem. You will have to use a proprietary IDE and a terrible language called Lua. They lied to me about this in the job description and it was an awful realization, - Meh culture and diversity

Pros

Good work life balance, reliable co workers, and quality products

Cons

Pay could be better. Not as much merit-based incentive/reward structure as many other tech/engineering companies

Pros

Good benefits and the non-executives are good people. You’ll learn a lot in a couple of years so you won’t be bored.

Cons

Non-agile company. Internal processes keep changing/adding up making it the most non-efficient company I’ve worked for. Marching orders coming from Germany and they keep removing support engineers as they want more sales people.
