      Sick India Pvt. Ltd is a very organised and professional company with its world class Automation products and solutions. Things that I like for our Company that they invest on Employee, Allow employee to keep work & life balance with a positive Work Environment, Encouraging Innovation and Collaboration. Finally we celibate our success together with all employees across India.

      Cons

      Personally I do not have any negativity for Sick India Pvt. Ltd., during my stay in this company for more than 10 years

      Pros

      Good benefits and the non-executives are good people. You’ll learn a lot in a couple of years so you won’t be bored.

      Cons

      Non-agile company. Internal processes keep changing/adding up making it the most non-efficient company I’ve worked for. Marching orders coming from Germany and they keep removing support engineers as they want more sales people.
