Pros
This company makes great products in their market. The pay is average but the medical benefits for the office staff are excellent. Education is encouraged through seminars and college tuition reimbursement. The size of the company makes it easy to get to know everyone and I have some wonderful co-workers.
Cons
The smaller size means there aren't a lot of advancement opportunities.
