There are no pros : poor salaries and disgraceful benefits
Cons
The challenge in this company is surviving on a daily basis in a medium that is full of stress with poor salaries and do not expect ever a raise more than 50 ron (11 EUR) added to gross income (and therefore taxable) every 3-4 years.
