Leadership is frantically reactive, immature, unprofessional, and dishonest. Unwilling to take common sense advice from experienced employees, and blames the engineering team for his own logistical mistakes. R&D progress is constantly stifled due to these mistakes, and any attempt to be proactive about known possible issues only makes you the bad guy. This is all evident in the fact that it's taken them so long to release a rather elementary product in terms of autonomous robotics. It became clear to me that the sole objective is for company leaders to achieve fortune and glory, rather than improve forklift safety or support professional growth. This is an honest and accurate description of my 7 months with Siera. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
