Total Chaos - Anonymous employee SIGIT Automation Employee Review

I've been working at Sigit Automation for 6 months now and I have no complaints. The office location in Downtown Denver is perfect and I really enjoy the work I do everyday. Some of the older reviews about management are not true. I always feel appreciated and involved on big decisions and I've learned more here in 6 months than I did in 4 years at a bigger company. The team in Denver is small but that's a hidden benefit because the work I do is appreciated and has more meaning. The pay is good and I really look forward to helping this company grow.

The only downside would be working within the pressure of a small startup atmosphere. To me that is a benefit but to some that could be a little intimidating.

Great team. Good people, good location

Bad training, they'll let you go without a notice when things get slow
