Pros

Focuses on building a positive environment, where employees feel valued and their input matters. Provides plenty of ways to grow, like career guidance, coaching, and learning programs. Encourages diversity by working with clients and teams from different backgrounds, which adds fresh perspectives and valuable experiences.

Cons

Certain projects use older technologies, which can be challenging but offer valuable chances to strengthen problem-solving skills

Pros

They can pay good rates (but they make A LOT of money per head. Will still negotiate down your rate, even for just 50€ a month, while having crazy margins)

Cons

- Have no idea of what actually goes on in each project, no idea of the reporting structure & hierarchy, unable to provide meaningful feedback or support - Never reach out to employees, unless it's bad news - Made me pay postage to RECEIVE company laptop... - When informed about concerns and issues, they're immediately defensive. Gaslighting by reffering you back to the project manager, usually don't know who that even is - Will not back-up + support mistreated employees against cases of abuse of power - Unlike other consultancies, lets say Codehub, they won't put you on the "bench" if you're let go from a project - you're immediately dismissed, rather than given the customary month that big consultancies will at least keep you on, when trying to assign you elsewhere - All in all, multiple HR people seemed clueless, nobody ever reached out, unsupportive or straight up negligent to their duties. Put me off working with consultancies for the rest of my carreer. Always work for companies with a product.
