Interns don't get to interact with others outside of their department. No salary... You're paid in clothing (which might be a "pro" to some!).

- Pay was abysmal. Was told "the company is growing" with no trajectory on how / when that would happen or impact my own growth / compensation. - Teams are severely overworked and there is no "work life balance" for many, while others come and go as they please - Narcissistic CEO who doesn't listen to the ideas of anyone else - Micromanagement if you don't fit their status quo
