Love my boss. Flexible and easygoing environment. Real and upfront interactions (not too corporate). Very open to learning/asking questions.

Interns don't get to interact with others outside of their department. No salary... You're paid in clothing (which might be a "pro" to some!).

Hybrid/Flex schedule at the time. Creative and innovative colleagues. Office is inspiring and has good lighting and the fit area was functional and beautiful. Office is in an area where food and coffee are easily accessible.

No onsite parking, upper management really wanted butts in seats vs. higher productivity when working from home, lots of layoffs/down sizing, constantly bringing in "consultants" vs. listening to the employees they had hired for their experience, little to no support during busy season (aka prior to CNY)
