The branch i was working for were growing fast; I was working for a leader who was not just confirm my work, but also taught me how to build up my own way to lean & communicate; the benefit was not bad in Sina, also unlike most of other companies in China, they never asked people to work over time for no reason;

Business managers were leading every product line, not the product people, which means for some reason they cared about money more than a healthy product/team, so the product lines were running fast but dead faster; Office politics;
