cozy atmosphere, leaders are not that strict as long as you do the job well, I also met really nice colleagues here and we are still friends even we had left the company

There are few opportunities for employees to explore; not enough resources for guys who are not good at pleasing the boss; the salary is way lower than the average level, no stable pay raise
