People are very intelligent and fun to work with, from product and engineering to sales and customer experience. They have high standards for themselves and each other, which leads to a strong work culture full of mutual respect, voicing of opinions and collaboration. As a fully remote company, everyone is great at communicating asynchronously and finding ways to stay connected.
Cons
As a startup, success is not a given, and limited resources means having to make a lot of tradeoffs between product choices.
