We welcome feedback, but it’s essential to ensure that the information shared is accurate and reflects the full picture. This review contains several inaccuracies we’d like to address for the benefit of prospective team members:
1) Phones do ring frequently, as is expected in the logistics industry. The pace is part of the role and is well suited to those who thrive in a dynamic, results driven environment.
2) The claim that it’s “your fault” when truckers lie is inaccurate. We provide paid training and clear, documented procedures to verify all carrier information. When these processes are followed, there is no ambiguity or blame-shifting—it’s a straightforward system.
3) The suggestion that there’s “no time for lunch” is false. We do not track hours, clock-ins, or clock-outs, and we trust our employees to manage their breaks as needed.
4) In nearly 10 years, we’ve made just one change to our compensation plan, initiated in response to employee feedback. Over 95% of our team earned more as a result. Suggesting otherwise misrepresents the facts.
5) Our unlimited PTO policy is genuine. We operate on an honor system, requiring only one week’s notice to allow for coverage. There is no approval “gatekeeping” or restriction.
