      Great team event venues provided by the company. Overall feel of the company is a start-up even though the company is well established.

      Challenging environment as company still does not know how to best instill empowerment and accountability to all of its team members.

      SIBCO is well-established and highly reputable organization in the Carbonated Drinks industry. SIBCO offers a stable work environment and good benefits and offers a good challenge to grow and build your career.

      Cons

      SIBCO is quiet large with low ability to change and adapt. Sometimes projects and initiatives takes a long time to review and/or approve as there are too many layers involved.

      More considerations to provide more realistic and acheivable entertainment stratigies for the employees with their families. Medium medical assurance need some upgrading
