Expand carrier and get more skill set, have a chance to have multiple client with multiple categories. have a chance to get bigger brand/client such as Unilever or Nestle
Cons
Flexible hours that turns out a bit abusive working hours, hustle culture, lack of human resources, too much pressure for staff level but didn't have enough appreciation for that
