The control of this company is a micro manager. I was working with them to aid in hiring staff on base salary with no commission. The issue was they did not give me any tools or job boards to use except one. They wanted me to set a watch when I was searching for each positions posted, fill out time cards with precise tums for each of the 8 open jobs. When I ran out of contacts and resources, I had to keep signing up for free resources when those ran out the company refused to help me pay for what I needed. Being that the job was suppose to virtual it became a in office job due to the controller rule over me. The shear arrogance of the partners, controller and a few others made the place impossible to work.
