      - Laid back environment - No-pressure environment - Cool technology (for Lisp lovers) - Fairly decent CI practices - Quality over speed

      - Decision making is totally centralized in the Administration - Management grossly disregards employees suggestions if not aligned with their own beliefs - People (not only management) like to invent stuff to do - No real product management/planning (it goes with the wind) - Annual planning is merely indicative based on no real information/data and seldom ever achieved
