      Very flexible and old school. Work and life balance.

      Cons

      If you are a person wants to grow and contribute a lot this is not place for you. Very old technology/old school mentality. There are managers without any knowledge on what is going on in the market. If you are an excellent software engineer/developer with a high expectation this is not a place for you. This is no recognition of your work eventually you'll be frustrated.

      Pros

      Flight benefits after six months, somewhat hybrid depending on role

      Cons

      No organization, no training for new hires and product training is limited. Managers expect employees to be on call literally 24/7 but no compensation for it. Raises on hold for 2026 because of world events. Operations are expected to sell and create revenue but aren’t comped for it.
