      Work culture is good at its barest.

      Cons

      Leadership is weak, terrible. Communication skill from the top management is below per. People just tantalize and flatter the CEO, and little did CEO of this company understand. Employees are treated like they are digital slave, and indeed they are. CEO and the top management is rigid, adamant and absolutely no chance for the talents to flourish.

      Pros

      A very friendly management. I like the small and cozy office that we have. Always trying to motivate the employees and provide resources that'll help them finish the tasks. Refreshments are a big plus! :-)

      Cons

      Not much, except that I'd have to work in the weekend.
