Pros

Decent pay with eligibility for bonuses.

Cons

Everything else. The management treats their staff horribly, micromanages, gaslights us, every manager gives us different information, and now we just had a snow day and they are picking and choosing who they are compensating for their shift while we were closed even though the employee handbook states that if the store is to close due to the weather, all employees scheduled for that day will be compensated regardless if they called out or not. Some of us had an opening shift at 10:00 am and to adhere to their call out policy, we woke up at 8 am to call out for the 2 hour minimum. They then didn’t decide to have the store closed until 11:40 am. Trains were down, ubers weren’t driving certain places to pick up due to the streets not being cleared, and some of us couldn’t even step outside our buildings to take our dogs out. There was no way of us getting to work and now they are refusing to pay us even though it is stated in our employee handbook that we are entitled to that pay. The managers do not care about their employees because they are getting paid their 6 figures regardless. They have also taken away our access to find the HR emails and anyone higher up, as the entirety of my coworkers are attempting to file an official complaint. The emails were available yesterday and now that everyone is emailing complaining, no one can find them anymore.

Pros

Considerate Managers, Team focused mentality, 50% off discount (not stackable on sales, just off original price 15 minute paid breaks, team with good worth ethic

Cons

Takes at least 1.5 hours to close. Have the opportunity for a bonus $1-3 per hour worked if the store meets/ beats its sales goal set by corporate, however, corporate overestimates foot traffic to the store so a lot of time sales goals are reaches/ unattainable
