OPD Vist bad experience - Anonymous employee SKMC Employee Review

Very bad experience in the OPD as I came for the appt in ortho clinic, the doctor was in OT and he was not attending his clinic (may be some emergency …..) , waited for registration more than 20 minutes , in the triage room the nurse told your physician is not in the clinic today I will ask the registration to change for another , I told ok fine , waited another 40 minutes no one was calling , went to ask again then I was surprised still the pt name under the physician name who is in OT ( not changed yet ) ….. waited another 15 minutes to see the other doctor, who ordered x ray , waited in the x ray more than 40 minutes , only one room is functioning, the total time for only OPD visit is 3 hoursy
