1. They don’t really have any quality work. They are just into doing the back end ops work that involve data entry and form filling 2. Money is the sole driving factor for picking up any work, they don’t believe in getting any quality assignments. 3. There is a no vision at the senior management level, none at all 4. They don’t believe in capability planning, training, employee welfare. These words are Greek to them. 5. They have no professional culture or environment to work in. 6. They have one of the most cluttered, congested and unhealthy working conditions 7. The only way to gain progress in the firm is to sweet talk your boss and the do anything as ordered even if it means doing errands that don’t have any resemblance to office work or even professional work. Can be your boss’s household errand too. 8. They are destroying the article ship period of many articles pursuing CA by making them do admin work and just form filling work 9. The managers also don’t have any work nor they are concerned with development of employees under them 10. The offered role and the actual role have no resemblance at all. They will hire a person for one role and will make them do jobs which have no resemblance to the employee’s educational or professional background 11. They really don’t understand the basic concepts of a person’s strengths, weaknesses and the markets opportunities 12. They don’t understand the meaning of brevity 13. They display one of the most absurd and unprofessional behavior in client meetings like receiving calls from home during meetings, speaking on and on without any understanding of the client needs and the agenda of the meeting 14. The biggest con is that they don't have any appraisal system in place. there is no one on one discussion nor their is any feedback session.
